In customer satisfaction surveys held to participants and assisted, Itaú Unibanco Foundation identified the increased use of website as a way of accessing the company and searching for information about plans and financial and social security education. Also was possible to identify many opportunities of improvement, causing the Foundation to start an extensive project to review and modernize their website.
Our job was to rethink all the content and navigation structure, besides redesigning the layout to make the interface more intuitive, easier and comfortable to navigate. The interaction with the portal became simpler and objective, with a modern visual, totally responsive and adapted to mobile devices.
